KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sales and Client Acquisition: Aggressively drive sales by targeting EMS agencies that can significantly benefit from our advanced telehealth solutions. Focus on establishing Tele911 as a key player in the EMS market.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with EMS agency clients. Act as their trusted advisor for all their telehealth needs, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term loyalty.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed on the latest developments in the EMS, telehealth, and healthcare industries. Use market insights to identify new opportunities and adapt sales strategies to meet the evolving demands of the market.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Tele911 products and services tailored for EMS agencies. Effectively communicate the advantages of our solutions and customize them to meet specific client requirements.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with marketing and product development teams to create and implement strategies that align with both company objectives and client needs in the EMS sector.
- Performance Tracking: Consistently monitor and report on sales objectives and client feedback. Utilize this information to refine sales tactics and enhance overall client satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field or EMS training as a Paramedic.
- At least 6 years of experience in technology sales, specifically within the EMS or healthcare industry, demonstrating a consistent record of closing significant deals or commensurate experience and success as a Paramedic.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, capable of engaging effectively with diverse stakeholders, including C-Suite level leaders in the government sector.
- A proven history of achieving and surpassing sales targets, with referenceable results.
- Strong analytical abilities, with a talent for interpreting market trends and data and the ability to translate those for the first responder/EMS space.
- Autonomous work ethic, combined with the ability to effectively collaborate in a team environment.
