POSITION OVERVIEW

In this national role, you will be a linchpin for the onboarding and implementation processes of EMS agencies across the country. Your expertise will support Tele911’s sales and operational goals, ensuring a seamless transition and integration of our services within EMS agencies. This role demands collaboration with a spectrum of stakeholders, from National and Regional Directors to training providers and EMS leadership.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Onboarding Coordination:
• Collaborate with National and Regional Directors to schedule onboarding strategies that suit diverse regional and operational needs.
• Coordinate the integration of Tele911 services within EMS agencies, ensuring a smooth transition and clear understanding of functionalities.
• Implementation Oversight:
• Oversee the implementation of Tele911 services from a national perspective, ensuring consistency and quality across regions.
• Work closely with training providers to ensure onsite delivery of training for EMS agencies.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Act as point of communication during the onboarding process between sales, marketing, product, customer support, to ensure timing benchmarks are met.
• Facilitate meetings and information sharing to ensure alignment on goals and processes.
• Performance Tracking:
• Monitor the effectiveness of onboarding and implementation efforts, making adjustments as needed to improve outcomes, and communicating those changes across teams.
• Provide regular reports to the National Director on progress, challenges, and achievements.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

‍

Experience:

3+ years in a coordination or project management role, ideally within the EMS or healthcare sector.

Demonstrable experience in facilitating large-scale onboarding and implementation projects.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

Competence in leading collaborative efforts across various departments and teams.
